Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Fosyj Barbershop online booking service at fosyj.cz.
1. Subject
We provide an online booking platform for the Fosyj barbershop in Prague. Physical haircut, shave and grooming services are provided at our locations.
2. Registration and accounts
Clients may book anonymously (phone only) or register a PIN account for the loyalty program. Keep your PIN and passwords confidential.
3. Bookings and cancellations
The client confirms the selected time at booking completion. Cancel/reschedule via the link in the confirmation email/Telegram or contact us directly. Please cancel at least 2 hours before your visit.
4. Payment
Payment is made at the barbershop after the service (cash / card). No online prepayment.
5. Loyalty program
Discounts by tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Black Edition), assigned automatically based on visits and spend. The owner may adjust tiers manually.
6. Liability
We are not liable for no-shows. Repeated no-shows may result in restriction from online booking.
7. Intellectual property
All content (logo, texts, images) belongs to Fosyj Barbershop and is protected by copyright.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Current version at fosyj.cz/terms. Last updated: 2026-07-23.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes resolved by Prague courts.
